Before I had sessions with Cecilia I had never experienced a proper interview before. Cecilia clearly knew what she was doing and was able to educate me on specific interview techniques and practice questions that are likely to be asked. The sessions gave me more confidence in speaking about myself and ways to express my strengths in an interview scenario. As a result I was successful in my first interview and I got the job I was hoping for!

Cecilia was great to work with - she came to the sessions with lots of resources prepared and had a lot of structure to her sessions. She was always encouraging me to make the session work for me and allowing me to take conversation in whichever direction I needed.When I was struggling to find career direction, personal strengths, understand what I wanted and what options were available to me, she was incredibly encouraging and really helped me to see my value as a prospective employee. I went to see Cecilia to help me apply for apprenticeships and for interview prep in hope of getting an apprenticeship in insurance as applying can feel so overwhelming. I loved doing the mock interview with her, i was really nervous at first but cecilia gave me feedback throughout so i knew where i needed to improve on and makes you feel really comfortable. I attended the Cecilia Garnett Career Coaching Workshop following a long break from the workplace. I wanted help in creating a great CV and to boost my confidence.
